MODERNIZATIONS AND REPAIRS OF MACHINES AND EQUIPMENTS
We execute overhauls with or without modernizations, for machines and equipments being in the endowment of the companies from the industrial branches as mechanical engineering, metallurgy of iron, metallurgy, mining, building materials, wood processing, food industry, etc.
OVERHAULS
Referring to the machine-tools category, the principal works executed on their overhauls are:
1. Fine grinding (precision 0,01/1000 ) of the beds or columns guideways, on guideways grinding machines, at lengths till 6000 mm. Before fine grinding, seizing are removed by shaping or rough grinding, and then (on request ) it is done superficial hardening (high - frequency hardening ) of the guideways.
2. Reconditioning of boring at the parts like cases, columns, beds, slides, etc. on NC processing centers.
3. Execution of gears and slotted shafts of high precision obtained by teeth grinding accompanied with thermochemical treatment of iononitriding.
4. Using of selected suppliers for materials supply, including finite parts (tight fittings,
electrical and hydraulic elements, bearings, assembling parts, etc.).
MODERNIZATIONS
1. Replacement of hydraulic driving with electromechanical ones, using triphase asynchronous electromotor controlled by frequency converter.
2. Fitting out of feed slides with ball screw.
3. Increasing the reliability of electrical and hydraulic equipment, components of the machines, using elements produced by companies renowned for the quality of their products.
