Se cauta asistent de proiect (full time) pentru Resident Twinning Adviser-ul german in proiectul de twinning al EC cu tema "Strengthening the policy making capacity of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development", proiect finantat de Uniunea Europeana.

Job Announcement - Project Assistant Agricultural Policy
Project assistant (full time) to the German Resident Twinning Adviser (RTA) in EC Twinning Project on "Strengthening the policy making capacity of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development", project financed by the European Union.
Duration: 22 months, expected start in January 2005
Place of Work: Ministry of Agriculture, Forests and Rural Development MAFRD / Bucharest
Requirements:
- Romanian national (native speaker), with excellent knowledge of English and German
- No staff member of MAFRD (now or recently/2005)
- Experienced PC and internet user
- Organisational experience from international projects
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Working experience with the Romanian and/or Austrian/German administration esp. in the field of agriculture is an advantage
Main tasks:
- Provide office management and administrative assistance to the RTA
- Develop and maintain close working contracts and relations with Romanian officials
- Provide language assistance and translations to the RTA
- Assist the RTA in his monitoring and reporting
- Assist the RTA in the preparation of and support to expert missions
- Interpretation during meetings, seminars and workshops
- Compilation of project documentation administration is an advantage; making available all documents generated during the performed activities (workshops, seminars, etc.) for the Romanian experts
- Compilation of documents for project reports
